1. Our Commitment to Freshness

At Lolabby LLC, we take immense pride in the quality, freshness, and flavor of every product we craft. Because all of our snacks and pastries are handmade fresh daily using premium ingredients and no preservatives, we have established this Return & Refund Policy to ensure fairness while upholding the highest food safety standards.

2. Perishable Food Items

Due to the perishable nature of our food products, all sales of snacks, pastries, and baked goods are final once delivered or picked up. We do not accept returns of opened or consumed food items under any circumstances, as this ensures the integrity and safety of our products for all customers.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or significantly different from what was confirmed at checkout, please contact us immediately. We will review the issue and, at our discretion, offer a replacement, store credit, or partial/full refund. To help us resolve your concern quickly, please provide your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photographs if applicable.

4. Quality Concerns

Your satisfaction matters. If you believe a product does not meet our quality standards upon receipt, please reach out within 24 hours of delivery or pickup with your order details. We handle each case individually and may offer a replacement or refund depending on the circumstances.

5. Catering Deposits & Cancellations

A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure all catering bookings. Deposits are used to reserve your date and begin ingredient preparation. If you cancel your catering event more than 72 hours before the scheduled date, the deposit may be applied as store credit toward a future order. Cancellations within 72 hours of the event date will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

6. Refund Method & Timeline

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your financial institution. Store credits are applied immediately and do not expire.
