2. Eligibility and Account Responsibility

By creating an account or placing an order, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Lolabby LLC is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information.
3. Product Information and Ordering
All products listed on our website are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or modify offerings at any time without prior notice. Product descriptions, images, and prices are provided for informational purposes and may be updated periodically. Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline at our discretion. We will notify you if any item in your order is unavailable.
4. Pricing and Payments
All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD) and are subject to applicable taxes and delivery fees where applicable. Payment must be completed at checkout using the available payment methods. By submitting payment information, you authorize Lolabby LLC and our payment processors to charge the total order amount. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel or amend the order and will notify you promptly.
5. Delivery and Pickup
Delivery times and availability are estimated and not guaranteed. Lolabby LLC is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including weather, traffic, or carrier disruptions. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery or pickup. For catering orders, final details must be confirmed at least 72 hours in advance, and a non-refundable 50% deposit is required to secure your booking.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions, and software, is the property of Lolabby LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or exploit any content without our express written permission.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to use our Services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our servers or networks. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to: attempting to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Services; using automated systems to scrape or extract data; submitting false or misleading information; harassing, threatening, or defaming others; and transmitting any harmful or malicious code.
8. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the specific order or transaction giving rise to the claim.

12. Severability and Entire Agreement
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
